Product description:

Carrot strip/shoestring are prepared from fresh carrot, which have been selected, washed, peeled, trimmed, sliced, dried, and finished processed. The product is not grown from Genetically Modified Seeds. Prior to packaging all the products have been inspected and passed through magnets and metal detectors to remove ferrous and non-ferrous metallic contamination. Detector sensitivity is 1.0-mm minimum. Product is complied with current Good Manufacturing Practice in Manufacturing, Packaging, and Holding Human Food (21 CFR 110) and code of Hygiene Practice Dehydrated Fruits and Vegetables.

Production process: Raw material receiving (CCP1)– Visual inspection -- cleaning – peeling and trimming – cleaning and washing again – blanching -cooling- cutting dices – Centrifugation– hot air drying – Cooling – Moisture testing – Semi-product temporary storage
--Manuel sorting(with magnet on table) -- Sieving and air separator -- Color sort -- X-Ray machine – metal detector --packing – temporary warehouse – inspection – finished products warehouse -- shipment

Loading condition: 11tons/20FCL, 24-26tons/40FCL or as customized.

Storage: Store the product under fresh & dry conditions, temperature at 20-25 °C, do not leave product exposed.

Dehydrated Carrot Flakes Shelf life: Product shelf life is 24 months from manufacturing date when kept in its original packaging and is stored according to above mentioned conditions.
