Ad Cabbage Used In Instant Noodle material selection, cleaning, cutting, blanching, drying, softening, packaging, and finished product. Raw material processing: Select Chinese cabbage with thick stems, remove dead leaves and rotten parts, cut each cabbage into 2-4 pieces, cut several cracks at the base of Dehydrated Cabbage New Crop with a knife, and the distance between the cracks is about 1.5cm, so as to be thicker The base is easily burnt through when hot. Hot blanching: Put the processed cabbage in a basket, put Air-Dried Cabbage White in boiling water and cook for 4,000 minutes, until the dried cabbage is cooked and becomes translucent. When blanching, add 0.5% baking soda to the water to keep the dish green.
