Shelf life: Product shelf life is 24 months from manufacturing date when kept in its original packaging and is stored according to above mentioned conditions.
Scheduled program of microbiological, chemical, physical and organoleptic testing covering raw materials, ingredients, products and processing environment was established and documented in the facility, and the plan defined the sampling procedure and method was also available. Internal laboratory tests moisture, ash, sensory items, TPC, Coliform. Trend analysis of test results yearly
with records retained.
Subcontracted to the external laboratory such as CIQ Lab, Eurofins, Sino Analytica and SGS lab which are accredited by ISO17025 test pathogen, heavy metal and pesticide residues.
