Brief introduction:
Dehydrated Green Onion flakes are prepared from fresh onion , which have been selected, washed, peeled, trimmed, sliced, dried, and finished processed.
The specifications for raw materials, ingredient and packaging were established taking into account relevant CN, GB or other regulars and customer requirements and covered details of safety parameter (physical, chemical and biological hazard), Specifications were adequate and accurate and ensure compliance with relevant safety and legislative requirements.
CCP1: raw material receiving: pesticide residues test shows negative and no allergen contaminated.
CCP2: blanching or disinfection: blanching temp more than 95℃ and duration time 3-10 mins depends on different product; disinfecting concentration of NaClO 200-300 ppm and duration time 7-10 mins. Operators monitor the temp/concentration and time, keep the record once per 30 mins for blanching or once per 15 mins for disinfecting.
CCP3: metal detection: FeΦ≤0.7 mm, SUSΦ≤1.2 mm, non-FeΦ≤0.8 mm. Operators monitor the product passing by metal detectors continuously, and challenge with standards cards before and end of the production and per 2 hours during the production.
