Clean Ad Spring Onion Rolls CCP1: raw material receiving: pesticide residues test shows negative and no allergen contaminated.
Air-Dried Green Onion Minced CCP2: blanching or disinfection: blanching temp more than 95℃ and duration time 3-10 mins depends on different product; disinfecting concentration of NaClO 200-300 ppm and duration time 7-10 mins. Operators monitor the temp/concentration and time, keep the record once per 30 mins for blanching or once per 15 mins for disinfecting.
Dehydrated Minced Green Onion CCP3: metal detection: FeΦ≤0.7 mm, SUSΦ≤1.2 mm, non-FeΦ≤0.8 mm. Operators monitor the product passing by metal detectors continuously, and challenge with standards cards before and end of the production and per 2 hours during the production.
